Report a leak
Looking after our water is important, and leaks can waste a lot of water if not found and fixed quickly.
Does the water consumption on your latest bill look higher than normal? It might mean that there’s a leak somewhere nearby, but you’re not sure where?
Take the test
Firstly, you need to work out whether the leak is from within your boundary. Don’t worry – there’s a simple test that you can take to find out. It will take about 30 minutes and this short video explains how to do it.

Internal Leak
If you think the leak is within your boundary, then you’ll need to let Thames Water know. Click below to locate the address of your property and report a leak that’s within your boundary.

External Leak
If you think the leak is outside your boundary, then you’ll need to let Thames Water know. Click below to locate the address of your property and report a leak that’s outside of your boundary.
